Dual-output buffer for DDR SDRAM modules
Fairchild Semiconductor has introduced a dual-output registered buffer for 184-pin, 2.5V PC200/PC266, 72bit-wide registered double data rate (DDR) SDRAM modules.
This online sampling tool, along with online application and market information, allows designers to review the latest analogue, discrete, optoelectronic, logic and interface power products and quickly select samples for their specific application.
Fairchild's custom power solutions sample kit is accessible from the "power solutions" section of the company website.
"This new online system will help engineers get prototype designs up and running quickly", comments Hans Wildenberg, Fairchild's Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
"For example, a designer working on a new offline switch-mode power supply can review, by category, the latest Fairchild integrated power switches, power factor correction ICs, optocouplers, bridge rectifiers and mosfets, instead of having to sort through thousands of part numbers to order samples".
