Fairchild's Motion-SPM devices integrate three high-voltage ICs (HVICs), one low-voltage IC (LVIC), six IGBTs and six fast-recovery diodes (FRDs) into a compact transfer-moulded package.
Fairchild offers the most comprehensive portfolio of power modules covering the full range of consumer appliances from 50W to 3kW.
