Bus hold makes logic more predictable
Fairchild Semiconductor has made a number of additions to its LCX family, the logic industry standard for 3.3V applications.
"These highly educated and experienced design engineers have joined over the last six months, and I'm confident they, coupled with the other solid members of our Analog Products Group, will drive our long term success metric of growing our business between $450 to $500 million in analogue revenues with 45 to 50% margins", said Bob Conrad, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Analog Products Group.
"I'm very pleased such highly skilled teams chose Fairchild Semiconductor as their analogue employer of choice".
Fairchild's three new development teams have extensive process experience across bipolar, DMOS, CMOS and BiCMOS technologies, using analogue, digital and mixed signal design techniques.
Additionally, they have experience in both system and IC development in areas such as power supplies, power management, high frequency communications, motor drivers, phase lock loop products and high precision analogue.
The three teams are located in Silicon Valley, North Carolina and New Hampshire - their members holding numerous patents and having been widely published.
