The awards, run by Electronics Weekly and Reed Electronics, recognise the companies and people that are achieving the highest standards and driving the electronics industry forward.
They are designed to promote best practice in key areas including, customer care, sales growth, innovation and employee motivation.
The independent panel of industry experts judged entrants on innovation and achievement, setting challenging objectives and outstanding achievements.
For the Investor in People category the judges were looking for a company that has made a definite commitment to invest in its staff in the form of training, career development and facilities.
The judging criteria included evidence of planning, action and positive outcomes in each of these areas which reflected the overarching principle for the award - to show that staff are involved and engaged in the business activities of the company in a way that benefits both the company and staff.
