Farnell InOne now offers an expanded range of semiconductors from STMicroelectronics (ST).

A further 1000 lines have been added to its already broad offering of ST power transistors and memory products, bringing design engineers the choice of over 3500 products.

STMicroelectronics, one of the world's leading independent semiconductor companies, is working with Farnell InOne to bring the latest RoHS compliant products to market quickly.

Farnell InOne's website provides an easy to use RoHS search function to help engineers identify compliant stock, as well as email alerts about availability of RoHS products.
