Range set to redefine low-end MCU market

The range of low pin count microcontrollers from Freescale Semiconductor, the leading worldwide supplier of 8bit microcontrollers, adds a sophisticated and affordable microcontroller to the Freescale range of products stocked with Farnell InOne.
The new MC09S08QG range brings to market a microcontroller that considers parameters such as power consumption and board space.
The new range is set to redefine the low-end microcontroller market with the sheer number and variety of its onboard peripherals, whilst maintaining low power consumption and low cost.
This makes it ideally suited to handheld instrumentation devices, such as sensing systems and home appliances.
