Custom power supply manufacturer Ferrus Power of Peterborough has developed a 55W quad-output open-frame switched-mode power supply within in a 5 x 3in 1U-high format.
Custom power supply manufacturer Ferrus Power of Peterborough has developed a quad-output open-frame switched-mode power supply within in a 5 x 3in 1U-high format.
Three of the four outputs are fully regulated, with the additional auxiliary output offering semi-regulation.
Output voltages are to customer specification with a minimum of 1.5V DC available.
Additional features include universal mains input, DC-OK and mains power-fail signals (open collector) and the option of remote inhibit/enable control.
A safety cover kit is also available for enclosed applications.
The product is designed to meet all the safety requirements of UL1950, CSA 22.2 no 950 + 234 and EN60950 accordingly.
