Pentium-based embedded vision engine gets faster
Available now from Firstsight Vision, the Coreco Imaging Mamba 100 embedded vision engine has more than twice the processing power of its predecessor.
The cameras deliver progressive scan and asynchronous capture and are cased in the standard M series housing providing a mechanical compatibility with the other products in the range.
To provide the sharpest images with minimal jitter and noise the cameras ship with one of two digital interfaces, an LVDS interface or the new Camera Link interface.
Camera Link standardises the connector and cabling between compatible devices easing integration and simplifying cross product migration.
The M4 is a monochrome version and the M7 is colour, using a Bayer version of the CCD to provide excellent colour fidelity.
The cameras are configured via RS232 with on board nonvolatile memory and ship with both a windows configuration applications well as an API for developers. Request a free brochure from Firstsight Vision ...
