In her new role as financial director, Cann will be responsible for implementing planning and cash management procedures to ensure the continued success and growth of the business.
Prior to working at Fibre Technologies Cann was finance director at Quintiles Transnational Corp, where she progressed to European board level and was responsible for the finance function and strategic development of the business.
As new business sales executive at Fibre Technologies, Hooper will be primarily responsible for generating and supporting new business opportunities from existing clients and building on key customer relationships by enhancing levels of client service, as well as fostering new ones.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience in the sales arena, Hooper's previous roles include assistant sales manager at Aquability UK where he generated contracts worth GBP 1million in one year and was responsible for spearheading initiatives for increasing customer satisfaction.
As area sales manager at Ocuco UK, Hooper was responsible for generating leads in price and service sensitive markets and maximising sales opportunities within the existing client base.
