Relay socket speeds component
replacement
The 93.11 relay socket provides a unique solution to the problem of high-density relay installations requiring efficient changeability of components.
For use with its 34 series electromechanical relays, Finder's 93.11 relay socket provides a unique solution to the problem of high-density relay installations requiring efficient changeability of components The 93.11 socket is equally useable in individual or multiple PCB relay installations where rapid replacement is necessary to minimise downtime or where singular replacement is desirable to avoid a complete PCB change

Miniature PCB relay suits a wide range
Finder has launched a miniature PCB relay suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications and electronic appliances.
The demand for this type of product is being driven by the requirement for high-density packaging of PCB relays due to board space restrictions coupled with the need for individual interchangeability of relays.
Aimed at electronics and electrical OEM design engineers, and CEMs who assemble PCBs, the 93.11 offers an extremely compact construction, occupying minimal additional space compared to a directly mounted PCB relay.
Featuring an integral retaining and release clip, the socket provides easy ejection and removal of relays even on boards where relays are mounted with minimal spacing between components.
Measuring just 6.2mm wide by 33mm long, the socket is rated at 6A, 250V.
The device's integral moulded component guides aid positive insertion of the relay and impart mechanical stability to the mated components.
To facilitate easy identification, the socket has a high visibility label port on the retaining clip.
For use with the ultra-slim 34 series relays, the 93.11 is unique for PCB socket mounting this type of relay.
For reliability and stability, Finder employs precision plastic moulding and metal pressing techniques in the manufacture of the socket.
Mechanical and thermally stable plastics are used in its construction.
Ensuring that the relay and socket combination is optimised, Finder manufactures both components - something of a rarity as most companies producing these components produce just one or the other.
