Meeting the demand for reduced space between PCBs, Finder's 34 series "flatpack" relay is designed for applications where stack height is a crucial factor.

The relay is ideal for PCB applications where a moderate switching capacity is required but board packing density or other physical limitations severely restrict component height.

Aimed at OEMs, CEMs and electrical and electronics designers, Finder's 34 series relay offers an ultralow profile of only 5mm above the board, bringing space saving, greater mechanical stability and a reduced susceptibility to accidental damage.

With a high current/stack-height ratio, the device offers a very usable 6A switching capacity at 250V AC for a very modest coil consumption of just 170mW.

For versatility in a wide range of applications, the relay has DC coil options of 5,12, 24, 48 and 60V.

With overall dimensions of 5 x 28 x 15mm, the profile of Finder's 34 series flatpack relay offers a high contact rating in a profile only matched by DIL packaged devices.

The continued drive and move towards miniaturisation and the size reduction of control equipment enclosures means that the 34 series relay offers designers a valuable component in achieving that aim.
