Coax sockets handle high voltages

Two new 50ohm coaxial sockets feature 90-degree elbows with two panel-fixing nuts designed for securing to a chassis using both a plain hex nut followed by a decorative nut.

The test voltage in the mated position is 5kV DC for the 102 series and 10kV DC for the 103 series.

The construction incorporates female bronze contacts and PTFE/Teflon dielectric.
