Fujitsu shortens production cycle with the FTR-K1
Fujitsu is offering the FTR-K1 tab terminal, shortening the production cycle in relays by combining activities.
Now, the high current FBR53-HW version is available, with the same dimensions as the standard relay.
By using higher temperature grade coil wire, physically larger current-carrying metal parts and an LCP housing, the FBR53-HW offers a space saving solution for high current automotive applications.
As both contacts are operated by the same armature, the relay can also be used in a 1 form A configuration, and so is capable of handling very heavy loads.
The FBR53-HW contact life is better than 100,000 operations at 14V, 25A (for each contact) and can carry a constant current of 40A at 25C, when both contacts are in parallel.
It can handle inrush peak currents up to 200A at 95C ambient temperatures.
The FBR53-HW relay is already in use by a number of European car manufacturers, with applications in EPS systems, heater blowers, ABS, lamps, demisters etc. Request a free brochure from Fujitsu Components Europe ...
