Molex FPC/FFC connectors from Flint are a 0.5mm pitch interconnect system available in right angle and vertical options, for flat flex (FFC) and flexible printed circuit (FPC) applications.

The zero insertion force (ZIF) design and right angle cable entry combine with a height of 2.0mm to serve a wide selection of low profile applications up to 0.2, 0.4 or 0.5A.

The 52745 and 52435 are top contact, 0.5mm pitch FFC/FPC, the 52746 and 52437 are bottom contact, all are available in 4 to 30 circuits.

The 52559 series of vertical connectors are available from 6 to 40 circuits, providing zero insertion force termination for cables of 0.30mm thickness.

Current ratings 0.2, 0.4 and 0.5A are available up to 50V, and maximum contact resistance 20mohm.

All connectors are supplied in tape/reel packaging for auto placement and are constructed in UL94V0 nylon compatible with SMT reflow and feature metal solder tabs to provide PCB retention and strain relief for SMT tails.

Minimum insulation resistance for each is 50Mohm, and withstand voltage is 250V AC for 60s.
