Power MOSFETs come in ultracompact packages
Rohm Electronics is significantly enlarging its ultracompact power-MOSFET lineup, which already encompasses 60 different devices.
The Centurion BlueChip CAF95701 is a surface mountable, omnidirectional antenna for internal, 50ohm-impedance applications.
Its small size and light weight combine with peak gain greater than 2.0dB, average gain greater than 1.0dB and VSWR less than 2.0:1 across the band to perform strongly in general purpose applications.
Input impedance is 50ohm and operating temperature range -40 to +85C.
The BlueChip antenna withstands vibration up to 6g for 15min, and is also tested to be highly resistant to thermal shock.
The second new antenna, Centurion MicroBlue, is a lightweight, 50ohm-impedance microstrip-type device measuring 21.3 x 46.5 x 0.75mm.
Peak gain greater than 3.0dB and VSWR less than 1.5:1 minimise the effects of noise and interference, with 3dB bandwidth maintained to 65 degrees in elevation and 195 degrees in azimuth.
Operating temperature range is -40 to +85C.
The MicroBlue antenna is supplied with an 8in RG-178 cable and right angle MMCX plug.
Alternative connector types are available to special order.
