Upgrade for industrial troubleshooter

Fluke has extended its Industrial ScopeMeter 120 Series of integrated industrial troubleshooting tools.

Fluke has extended its Industrial ScopeMeter 120 Series of integrated industrial troubleshooting tools Compared with the previous model, the new, combined oscilloscope, multimeter and paperless recorder has double the bandwidth, more memory locations, new oscilloscope cursors and a more powerful battery

The new Fluke ScopeMeter 124 is a truly integrated test tool, combining the three most frequently used service tools: a dual input oscilloscope, a true-RMS multimeter and a 'paperless' recorder in one affordable, easy to use instrument.

With the novel 'connect-and-view' hands-off trigger functionality, it is the ideal choice for technicians servicing and troubleshooting today's complex industrial systems.

The 124 model has a 40MHz bandwidth and on-screen cursor measurements for more detailed analysis of scope waveforms.

It features 20 memories each of which is able to store measurement data, full setup information and user text.

The typical operating time per battery charge is now 7h, an increase of 2h, thanks to the use of more efficient NiMH batteries.

The 124 features 'connect-and-view' triggering, which recognises signal patterns and automatically sets up correct triggering.

It provides a stable and repeatable display of virtually any signal - including motor drive and control signals.

This overcomes problems related to manual trigger setting, which can result in unstable and sometimes wrong results.

The Fluke 124 Industrial ScopeMeter is available from authorised Fluke distributors at a suggested retail price of GBP 937.

A rechargeable battery pack, alligator clips, shielded BNC adapter, hook clips, line adapter/charger and shielded test-leads set are all included.

The 124 also has a 10:1 voltage probe to minimise signal source loading.

Extensive user documentation is supplied on CD-ROM. Request a free brochure from Fluke (UK) ...
