CD helps users get the best from scopes
A free CD guide provides illustrated lessons on the use of standard analogue and digital oscilloscopes, and shows how to obtain the best results from a Fluke 190 Series ScopeMeter.
A free CD guide provides illustrated lessons on the use of standard analogue and digital oscilloscopes, and shows how to obtain the best results from a Fluke 190 Series ScopeMeter.
The Fluke ScopeTraining CD contains self-paced training modules, one set based on general oscilloscope theory, the second set explaining best practice in the use of Fluke ScopeMeters.
Oscilloscope theory includes three lessons, covering waveform types and their measurement, choosing between analogue and digital oscilloscopes, and setting up and probing safely.
Interactive tests are provided along the way.
The ScopeMeter section offers five lessons which include detailed use of all the buttons and displays, its use as a digital multimeter and recording device, and how optional FlukeView software can be used to store and analyse captured measurements.
The CD also contains nine documents which cover the specifications of all models of the Fluke 190 Series ScopeMeter, and four example application notes which describe its use in the field.
The handheld ScopeMeters offer up to 200MHz bandwidth and 2.5Gsample/s real time sampling rates, the speed, performance and analysis power usually found only on high-end bench oscilloscopes.
With safety certification to 1000V CAT II and 600V CAT III, Fluke ScopeMeters help users to safely solve virtually all electronics measurement problems encountered out in the field.
All ScopeMeter models have a large 320 x 240 pixel display, a fast display update rate, up to 1000V independently floating isolated inputs, offer connect-and-view automatic triggering, a facility for measurement of effective output voltages of variable speed motor drives and frequency inverters, a 5000 counts true-RMS multimeter function, and optional FlukeView software for documenting, archiving and analysis.
