Woodrow stays on after all
Dick Woodrow has decided to remain at Finisar in the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
Dick Woodrow has decided to remain at Finisar in the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing On 1st April 2003, Finisar announced the retirement of Woodrow who had served as President and Chief Operating Officer from September 2002 to March 2003
Woodrow's retirement was scheduled to become effective on 30th April 2003.
Woodrow joined Finisar as Director of Sales and Marketing (Optics) in June 1998 and served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, from November 2000 until August 2002.
"I am pleased that Dick has decided to stay onboard", said Jerry Rawls, Finisar's President and CEO.
"Dick has been an enormous asset to us over the years.
I look forward to his continuing contributions".
