Oscillators run faster and are more stable
Fox Electronics has extended the frequency range and stability options of its popular F4100 Series crystal oscillators to 170MHz with stabilities as tight as +50ppm (F4105) for all conditions.
The new 3.3V, LV-PECL oscillators feature a standby function for low power consumption in sleep mode as well as complementary outputs.
The F4600 Series has a standard operating temperature range of -10 to +70C, with an optional -40 to +85C range available for most models.
Frequency range is 75 to 170MHz; output symmetry is 40% to 60% at 1.65V over the frequency range; and input current is a maximum of 60mA.
As with all Fox F Series oscillators, the new F4600 Series is available in bulk quantities or on a 2000-unit tape and reel for automatic assembly systems.
Pricing for a new +/-20ppm F4608 oscillator at 156.25MHz starts at $9.44 per unit in quantities of 10,000.
Delivery is 10 weeks ARO.
