New from Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe, the Jasmine graphic display controller is a successor to the MB87J2120 Lavender, announced at Electronica.
The 16bit MB90330/335 series is embedded with a set of USB macros, including the simplified USB Mini-Host, which allow USB devices to act as host or function, and thus directly communicate with each other without the mediation of a host PC.
Other peripheral resources like ADC, USART, I2C and external bus interface are also available.
The USB function of MB90330/335 series supports 12Mbit/s Full-Speed data transfer, whereas the USB Mini-Host supports both 1.5Mbit/s Low-Speed and 12Mbit/s Full-Speed.
Up to six endpoints are supported by the microcontroller, which provides the flexibility of most common transfer types, such as control, bulk, interrupt and isochronous.
The firmware package consists of Fujitsu USB firmware API, which manages the USB client function and USB standard requests, and the Fujitsu USB Mini-Host API, which controls the Mini-Host and enumeration. Request a free brochure from Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe ...
