Available from Genalog, a new range of high speed interfaces has been designed to operate at frequencies from 10MHz to 5GHz All units are fully tested for impedance, attenuation, crosstalk, propagation delay and rise time

Standard pitches available are 0.5mm with up to 200 inputs/outputs, 0.64mm with 160 I/Os and 0.8mm with 140 I/Os.

2mm pitch is an option.

The full surface-mount line includes low profile, elevated, mixed technology, edge mount and coaxial cable components.

For improved electrical performance signals can be routed out of phase, and integral ground planes can be soldered to the PCB in multiple points for optimum electrical and mechanical performance.
