High-speed interfaces run up to 5GHz
Available from Genalog, a new range of high-speed interfaces has been designed to operate at frequencies from 10MHz to 5GHz.
Components have phosphor bronze contacts and are designed for a wide range of applications, including those with high shock/vibration, and offer quality improvement and cost reduction over some other connector concepts.
The high-density interfaces have up to 500 inputs/outputs on 1.27mm pitch with profiles as low as 3mm between mated boards.
Beryllium copper contacts are used for high reliability and other features, including solder ball attachment, are available for improved performance and ease of processing.
1, 1.27, 2 and 2.54mm pitch are included in the full line of low-profile connectors.
