Genalog can now supply a wider range of low-profile interfaces, including one-piece and high-density items, to complement its full line of micro and standard pitch pin-and-socket connectors The one-piece interfaces are on 1mm pitch with up to 100 contacts and mated board spacing of 3mm, or up to 30 contacts for a mated board space of only 1.65mm

Components have phosphor bronze contacts and are designed for a wide range of applications, including those with high shock/vibration, and offer quality improvement and cost reduction over some other connector concepts.

The high-density interfaces have up to 500 inputs/outputs on 1.27mm pitch with profiles as low as 3mm between mated boards.

Beryllium copper contacts are used for high reliability and other features, including solder ball attachment, are available for improved performance and ease of processing.

1, 1.27, 2 and 2.54mm pitch are included in the full line of low-profile connectors.
