Pin headers and sockets are cut to order
Genalog is offering a free cutting service covering the Harwin pin header and socket range.
Low profile and stackable, they are ideal for use in miniature basestations and other applications where space is limited and high levels of screening are required.
Furthermore they are lightweight, durable, and said to be far less prone to corrosion than previous zinc-plated components.
Available in standard 9-, 15-, 25- and 37-way versions, the DTZK/ DVZK hoods fit cable diameters from 4 to 13mm and have strain relief to stop cables parting from the hoods if pulled.
Cable entry options are top or 45-degree angle.
All units can be customised with moulded or printed logos, or alternatively printed with the cable function to avoid confusion in complex cable assemblies, and the jackscrews can be colour coded.
The hoods have VDE0871, FCC20780 and 89/336/EU approvals.
