AdvancedTCA SBC goes parallel with two
Xeons
The ATCA-7820 is an AdvancedTCA single board computer offering two dual-core Intel Xeon processors LV 2.0GHz and up to 8Gbyte DDR-2 400 SDRAM with ECC.
GE Fanuc Embedded Systems has introduced the ATCA-7820, an AdvancedTCA single board computer offering two dual-core Intel Xeon processors LV 2.0GHz and up to 8Gbyte DDR-2 400 SDRAM with ECC The ATCA-7820 is fully compliant with the PICMG 3.0/3.1 specification, and combines an AMC.1 Type 8S expansion site as well as a PCI-X PMC expansion site to create a very powerful and I/O diverse platform
