supplies
Salisbury-based power supply manufacturer Gresham Power has appointed Phil Gethen to the position of Product Manager for its Power Supply Business.

Melanie O'Connor, General Manager for Power Products at Gresham comments: "Phil has a very wide brief for developing our product range and customer service.
Not only will he be responsible for everything we deliver to our customers, he will also oversee the redevelopment of our in-house manufacturing capabilities and be the technical liaison between our widespread design facilities".
Gresham will continue to supply standard products from its very wide range of Compact PCI, high-power-density open-frame switchers, DC/DC convertors and telecomms inverters.
This new appointment will further enable customer specific applications to be addressed leading to Gresham's ultimate aim of providing "off the shelf custom" power supplies.
Gethen has a broad experience of the electronics industry from the control and measurement markets and was most recently Applications Engineer with Powerbox, where he worked on added value projects and custom power supply designs.
He spends his leisure time travelling, cycling and playing tennis.
