The GPL range of encapsulated linear power supplies offer very low radiated and conducted output noise, making them ideal for instrumentation, signal-conditioning and measuring systems.

The GPL range of encapsulated linear power supplies offer very low radiated and conducted output noise, making them ideal for instrumentation, signal-conditioning and measuring systems Single-, dual- and triple-output versions are available with output voltages in combinations of 5, 12, 15 and 24V DC

Two high-voltage-output versions, set at 180 and 250V AC, are also included in the range.

Maximum power output is 10W and input voltage ranges are either 105-125 or 220-240V AC at input frequencies of 50-80Hz.

400Hz operating frequency may also be specified for special requirements.

For maximum safety, in addition to being fully encapsulated, all power transformers are wound on split bobbins ensuring total isolation up to 2500V RMS with low coupling capacitance between primary and secondary.

All models are overvoltage protected and short-circuit-proof, have isolation resistance of 50Mohm and are CE marked.

These power supplies offer high reliability with typical MTBF of better than 100kh and will operate over the temperature range -25 to +70C.

Mounting options include direct connection to PCB or chassis mount with screw connectors.

Subminiature versions are also available where board space is at a premium.

Melanie O'Conner, General Sales Manager of Gresham comments: "There is still a very active market for linear power supplies in Europe.

We have many customers looking to support legacy products as well as new projects for safety, noise or space conscious applications".
