With all key processes in house, including photolithography on both mylar film and glass, Ultrasource is able to satisfy the most demanding customer requirements on a wide range of materials such as alumina, aluminium nitride, quartz, PZT, titanates, glass, sapphire, silicon and beryllium oxide.

Using tantalum nitride or NiChrome resistive films and polyimide and silicon nitride dielectrics, Ultrasource is a leading exponent of complex multilayer circuit solutions.

The Ultra process enables consistent fabrication of tight-tolerance capacitors and inductors, and the innovative Ultrabridge process replaces conventional air-bridges and eliminates the need for wire bonds when used in fabricating devices such as Lange couplers.

Plated through holes, solid filled vias and edge wraps are also available.
