The key focus is to enable customers to pull value from the business in design, purchasing and manufacture.

The strategy and philosophy behind the Knaresborough based company's innovative and unique change in structure is to create a dedicated team of people to focus on specific market sectors.

In doing so, they can provide experts within each relevant marketplace, creating a bold differentiation to their nearest competitors.

This forward thinking approach has been designed for expansion in mind but initially the business units focus on: measurement and calibration; medical, military and security; power and automation; and telecommunications and RF.

The previous departmental structure limited customers from pulling value from the GSPK offering.

Today, each market sector has its own committed team which can apply its sector specific knowledge to benefit its needs.

Each team has a complete understanding of each product from design and technology, function, service requirements, market, application through to product lifespan.
