Global Display Solutions has appointed Robert Rippberger as its new Sales Engineer for the USA.

Global Display Solutions has appointed Robert Rippberger as its new Sales Engineer for the USA.

Having worked as a technical support engineer, application engineer and sales engineer for an impressive portfolio of companies including Clinton Electronics and Burdick, Rippberger brings with him extensive market experience in public information displays (PIDs), medical displays, LCDs and plasma displays.

As Sales Engineer for GDS in the USA, Rippberger will be responsible for managing and maintaining established accounts, providing sales and technical support, as well as supporting the sales department on all new sales leads.

He will also be supporting GDS's marketing and customer service departments.

Rippberger has an associate degree in electronics and will be based at GDS's offices in Roscoe, Illinois.

He currently lives in Edgerton, Wisconsin where he spends his spare time restoring classic cars.
