LCD makes a big display of itself
Global Display Solutions (GDS) has a new large-screen 30in LCD PID.
The Midas displays by GDS are the only available displays on the market to feature these outdoor specifications at this large size.
The display's casing has been made to IP65 standard, making it weatherproof and protected against dust and rain from all directions.
It is also sunlight readable (which is an important requirement for an outdoor display) and resists the effects of solar radiation, making it very reliable.
The display is totally vandal-proof and boasts a 15 year life.
Its long term reliability and survivability therefore ensures the end user benefits from uninterrupted advertising and also a low total cost of ownership.
The GDS Midas screen is positioned outside the estate agent's in order to compliment the existing in-window advertising, and also provides important advertising messages directly to all passers by.
It is sleek in appearance and is complemented by a robust and modular industrial design, enabling it to operate efficiently 365 days a year, and in all weather conditions.
In addition, it has been designed to be aesthetically pleasing from all angles including the back, as no cabling is visible.
It is therefore the perfect, moving image, electronic poster board.
James Game, Technical Director at Jigsaw, commented: "We chose to go with GDS as we feel their product offering is of the highest standard".
"GDS has a very good reputation and came personally recommended from experts within the industry".
Game added: "The new display has made the estate agent the 'talk of the town', creating a mass of exposure and putting them ahead of their competitors".
"We are extremely pleased with the outcome".
