GlobTek has released a new family of 100W switching power supplies with over 200 standard models, featuring single, dual, triple and triple-low outputs from 3.3 to 48V in 0.1V increments.

GlobTek has released a new family of 100W switching power supplies with over 200 standard models, featuring single, dual, triple and triple-low outputs from 3.3 to 48V in 0.1V increments.

All devices feature a common high-efficiency (typically 85%) design, housed in an open-frame PCB-mounting package, measuring 108 x 70 x 38mm, including an integral multifold heatsink for natural convection cooling.

Typical of the range is a triple-low model with outputs rated for +3.3V/3A, +5V/3A and +12V/6A.

The supply accepts universal inputs from 90 to 264V AC or 36-72V DC, features regulated outputs with low ripple and includes both a Class B EMI filter and power-factor correction.

Safety features include protection against short circuits, overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature, allowing the supplies to meet safety agency requirements including UL60950 and UL2601.

They are CE compliant for both grounded and non-grounded applications.

Modified and custom designs such as constant current, battery chargers and other internal applications are also available.
