RF drivers take control of acousto-optic
filters

Gooch and Housego has launched two new state-of-the-art RF drivers to complement its extensive range of acousto-optic tunable filters (AOTFs), providing enhanced performance and extending the overall capabilities of this advanced technology The eight-channel DFS RF driver for line selection applications allows independent analogue and digital modulation of up to eight preset wavelengths, with an internal memory allowing up to 16 stored user configurations, via USB or RS232 interfaces
