Audio storage and playback IC runs for 20s
A new single-chip solution for storage and playback of short audio sequences is now available from Gothic Components.
As UK distributor, Gothic Components can supply samples and fulfil production orders immediately.
Two component families are available.
The NPO series features high stability, class 1 dielectric material for high frequency applications up to 10, 16, 25 or 50V maximum rating.
SMD packages from 1812 to 0402 span a wide range of capacitance values, to satisfy consumer electronics, telecomms, automotive, data processing and other applications.
The class II dielectric properties of the X7R family display stability at the higher capacitance values required for blocking, bypassing and frequency discriminating circuits.
X7R MLCCs are rated up to 2kV and range from 100pF to 0.47mF.
Package options include standard SMD outlines from 1812 down to 0603.
