Goepel Electronic has entered into an extensive strategic alliance with the Danish company Dansk System Elektronik (DSE).
Within the scope of this agreement, DSE headquartered in Horsens, Denmark, becomes the ninth centre of expertise (COE) in the world.
This includes membership of the Goepel Electronic Alliance Partner Network, in which more than 250 specialists are involved to ensure worldwide customer support.
As part of the co-operation, DSE will offer Scandinavian customers extensive services in the domain of design for testability (DFT), test program generation development and delivery of turnkey solutions based on open integration standards like PXI.
"The services provided by DSE are a perfect addition to our product portfolio of highly efficient hardware and software tools", said Thomas Wenzel, cofounder and VP Research and Development of Goepel Electronic.
"Joining our competences, we are now in a position to service the demand of the Scandinavian market on extended boundary scan test strategies and respective equipment in a comprehensive way".
"We are delighted about the alliance with Goepel Electronic offering our customers the advantages of a shorter time to market", said Peter D Lomborg, Division Manager of DSE.
"Goepel Electronic is a leading player in the boundary scan market".
"With this alliance, we will support their leading edge products for the customers' benefit".
This alliance reflects Goepel Electronic's philosophy to "get the total coverage for everybody".
This means to combine different test technologies and offer a product mix of various test systems as well as a consultant activity for the customers.
To underline this strategy, Goepel Electronic has chosen the company EP-TeQ, located in Arhus, Denmark, as a new distributor for its boundary scan and automated optical inspection products.
"On the basis of this change, we are delighted to be able to offer an excellent pre and after sales support, combined with experienced consultancy and a wide range of mixed technologies", stated Lars Kongsted-Jensen, Director of EP-TeQ.
DSE is a specialist in developing and supplying customised technical solutions by using a mix of software, hardware and mechanical items.
The company has more than 20 years of experience covering a broad range of technologies and competences.
