Boundary scan expertise centres on Montreal

Goepel Electronic has established its tenth centre of expertise (COE) for the service and support of its JTAG/boundary scan technology in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Goepel Electronic has established its tenth centre of expertise (COE) for the service and support of its JTAG/boundary scan technology in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

The new office is run by Luc Bouchard, who will work closely with Goepel Electronic's Canadian distributor Testforce Systems.

The goal of this new strategic alliance is to provide local application support and test program development service as well as the further establishment of Goepel Electronic's JTAG/boundary scan products on the North American market.

The scope of this agreement includes membership of the worldwide Goepel Electronic Alliance Partner Network.

As part of the co-operation, the new COE will offer North American, and in particular Canadian customers extensive services in the domain of design for testability (DFT) and direct application support.

"The services provided by Mr Bouchard in co-operation with Testforce Systems are a perfect addition to our product portfolio of intelligent solutions for extended boundary scan", said Heiko Ehrenberg, Managing Director of Goepel Electronic's North American branch office.
