New from Goepel Electronic is a novel multiple-bus controller card for automotive applications worldwide.

New from Goepel Electronic is a novel multiple-bus controller card for automotive applications worldwide The new device is billed as the first solution to test multiple bus protocols simultaneously, offering significant cost savings for the user

The new controller card is both an ideal technical and commercial package because on the one hand the card supplies functions which were previously only available by several single cards for each respective bus system, and on the other hand is noticeably more cost-effective than multiple single protocol modules.

The main field of use for PXI/PCI 3080 is in mixed communication applications such as the test of gateway functions of ECUs requiring CAN, LIN, K-line and diagnostics.

The user is able to execute complex test tasks, such as bus simulation, network management, diagnostic and ramp functions, combined with bus spanning tests, such as routing performance, with just a single card.

The new communications controller 3080 is available as both PXI and PCI formats and, additionally, as a stand-alone instrument.

It has two configurable CAN interfaces and two serial interfaces for LIN and K-Line and supports the SAE J1850 standard with an independently configurable transceiver.

The card has four digital input and output channels and two analogue input channels.

The PXI/PCI 3080 has been designed for CAN, LIN and K-line applications in the car manufacturing and supplier industry for simple integration and use in test systems and as stand-alone test solution for mixed bus systems. Request a free brochure from Goepel Electronic ...
