"The new release 4.4.1 of System Cascon is another key milestone in our ongoing efforts to dramatically improve the productivity of test and in-system programming development tools".
"These automated tools enhance overall fault coverage for printed circuit boards having a high percentage of nonboundary scan circuitry", says Raj Puri, Vice President Marketing and Sales for Goepel Electronics.
System Cascon 4.4.1 contains new tools for test and in-system programming of Flash Eeprom devices, increasing the number of integrated tools to 36.
Using the Multi-Phase Inspector, these tools build on a common unit under test (UUT) data base, enabling the user to work efficiently throughout the entire project development cycle and beyond.
In addition to the integration in other software environments, the Cascon API (CAPI), included in all software packages, enables definition and query of boundary scan vectors from external test processes, such as functional test equipment.
Release 4.4.1 adds new features for conditional interaction between System Cascon and third-party ATE, allowing for a more flexible integration.
With this new release, CASLAN (Cascon LANguage) comprises more than 300 commands for efficient control of in-system programming (ISP) routines and algorithmic test program generation, including mixed-signal test applications. Request a free brochure from Goepel Electronic ...
