GSPK Circuits has launched an Extranet service for use by its valued clients.

Especially formulated, the system allows access to real time information regarding the development of orders and the progression towards delivery together with other customer specified data; thus providing a solution that will save time and money by providing essential data and information at the touch of a button.

The service provided is totally secure, password protected and only accessible by own company personnel.

Andy Nelson, IT Manager at GSPK Circuits comments: "The Extranet, although in the early stages of its development, is proving to be a valuable tool.

As a company we are continually striving to keep our clients happy with the service we provide to them and this is just another innovative way that GSPK Circuits have achieved this.

By encouraging our clients to offer feedback on what they need from this service, we are able to tailor the system to their specific needs".

John Wilcox, Material Analyst at AB Automotive comments: "The development and launch of the GSPK Circuits' Extranet has enabled our personnel to keep track and monitor the real time progress of our orders.

Not only am I delighted to be on the receiving end of this development but also to be dealing with a company with such a customer focused approach to doing business.

The research and development into this unique Extranet service has saved our company time, effort and money".
