Two-year initiative lands automotive
certification

Issued by BSI Management Systems, ISO/TS16949 recognises the need for a quality system standard that meets the requirements of automotive parts manufacturers and suppliers and has been developed to specify quality system for the design, development, production, installation and servicing of automotive related products.
Several European and US OEMs, as well as related associations in their respective countries, joined together to develop this international standard.
The result, The International Automobile Task Force, which works in close collaboration with the ISO to co-ordinate all development activities.

Distribution for connectors and cable harnesses
GSPK Circuits has successfully secured an exclusive sole distribution agreement for German based HoTec Electronic Hollenberg.
The standard is supported and recognised by the major European and US-based car manufacturers: BMW, Daimler-Chrysler, FIAT, Ford, General Motors, Peugeot-Citroen, Renault and Volkswagen as well as their trade associations: AI, ANFIA, FIEV, SMMT and VDA.
Although primarily intended for use within the automotive supply chain, this standard can be used by all industries and is a valuable enhancement to ISO9001:2000.
This new certification for GSPK Circuits is the result of a two-year company-wide initiative to integrate the most highly developed and sophisticated quality management ideas and practices into its own quality management systems.
