Green Hills has the lot for Cirrus Crystal
The latest IDE, RTOS and embedded internet connectivity products from Green Hills Software are for the Cirrus Logic Crystal CS89712 32bit RISC commmunications processor.
The software offers new project and target connection 'wizards' that greatly simplify project startup by stepping users through the entire process of defining new projects and establishing the debug connection between the host debugger and the embedded target system.
Through the target connection wizard, users can select the target processor, the type of target connection (ie simulator, ICE, emulation probe, ROM monitor or on-chip debug), and the physical connection media such as Ethernet, USB, or RS-232C.
Users can also use the wizard to specify the speed of the target connection and the data format.
Multi 2000 now has support for multicore debugging, MISRA C, and numerous windows have enhanced functionality.
The Multi 2000 debugger also features incremental debug capability, a graphical memory viewer, and specialised support for C++, including an object-oriented class browser, namespace support and C++ function navigation.
It is also fully RTOS aware, which enables designers working with popular RTOSes like Integrity and ThreadX to debug, monitor and tune their applications at the task level.
Multi 2000 is available for major 32bit and 64bit RISC and CISC CPUs, as well as a number of popular DSPs.
The IDE supports a variety of host/target connectivity options, including BDM and JTAG on-chip debugging solutions, EST's visionICE, Agilent's Processor Probe, ARM's EmbeddedICE, and various ROM monitors.
Multi also supports the Green Hills Probe, the industry's fastest and most intelligent hardware debug probe for 32bit, 64bit and multiprocessor SoC embedded systems. Request a free brochure from Green Hills Software ...
