North Yorkshire based GSPK Design has appointed Paul Marsh as Managing Director.

North Yorkshire based GSPK Design has appointed Paul Marsh as Managing Director Marsh, who comes from a high volume manufacturing background, has worked extensively within contract electronic manufacturing and OEM companies within the UK and the Far East

Having previously worked for and within companies such as Mion, ICC, Hansatech and Cambridge Industries, Marsh brings with him enthusiasm and a philosophy for innovation and creativity.

He brings to the role an extensive understanding of market requirements which includes the concept of shorter product life cycles.

As a result, competitive companies are realising the strain new product introduction puts on resources and the need to outsource the electronic design process is becoming more and more important for speed to market.

GSPK Design is already assisting such companies particularly, within the local economy, and estimate a 50% growth in turnover within the next two years.

Says Marsh: "It is my intention to facilitate the development of the team and build on their existing capabilities still further so we can assist increasing numbers of companies more effectively with their project management requirements".

"Our skills and expertise help companies reduce time to market and provide real value through product and process knowledge".

"Through a firm belief in mutual gain, putting our customers' needs first, and building partnerships with our suppliers, provides us with the agility and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the market - our customer's success is our success".
