D-subs are fully RoHS compliant

New D subminiature connectors from GTK all meet the requirements of the new RoHS legislation which will be introduced next summer.

New D subminiature connectors from GTK all meet the requirements of the new RoHS legislation which will be introduced next summer The range includes high-density, dual-port, right-angle and combo D styles

All devices feature precision stamped contacts, UL94V0 rated PBT insets (nylon on request) and steel shells.

Current rating is 1A with a dielectric withstand voltage of 1000V for 1min.

Maximum contact resistance is 25mohm and insulation resistance is 1Gohm.

Devices are guaranteed for 3000 mating cycles, and feature an operating temperature range of -55 to +105C.

Four- to 40-way connectors are available.

For the right-angle versions both European and Short American standard footprints are available.

Dual-port devices come with standard boardlock fixings in nine, 15, 25 and 37 ways.
