Components and cables target German expansion

GTK Electronics Germany will concentrate on strengthening business and increasing market share in the German-speaking countries.

Bracknell-based manufacturer GTK UK has opened a new German marketing operation in Bergish Gladbach.

Supported by its English parent company's knowhow and infrastructure, GTK Electronics Germany will concentrate on strengthening business and increasing market share in the German-speaking countries.

"First reaction from our German customers has been extremely positive and I look forward to the challenge of increasing GTK's market share in Europe's largest electronic components market", comments Uli Klein, Managing Director of GTK Electronics Germany.

"GTK has extensive knowledge and an excellent product portfolio and we already have some interesting projects in Germany, particularly for our range of customised solutions", adds Klein.

During his many years of working within the electronics industry, Klein has acquired extensive experience and knowledge of electronic component and cable manufacturing.

"GTK's OEM business is already well established in Germany".

"This, along with the business contacts that I have made over the years, will no doubt prove beneficial in the development of GTK's German business", concludes Klein.

GTK's product portfolio available in Germany covers cable and connector assemblies as well as optoelectronic products such as LCDs and LEDs.
