The Mini-CAT is a compact VGA-to-CAT5 convertor for extending PC video signals easily and economically.
The fully solid-state switch terminates both input signals and features amplified output with a bandwidth of 250MHz for a perfect image even at 150ft.
The Model VS-2 can be controlled in many ways: manual, RS232 serial port, discrete input, or set to "auto mode" to detect and switch to the input with active video automatically.
The device is housed in a small RFI shielded enclosure and includes a pushbutton control cable as well as a serial (RS232) control cable.
Other features include: ability to blank the output, infinite switching life cycle, low cost, and easy integration with automated or touch-screen A/V control systems.

The VS-2 measures 4 x 3 x 1in and weighs about 450g.
The unit comes complete with control cables and power supply and is priced at $179 list.
