Moulded in either flame-retardant ABS or low cost polystyrene, the ABS version can optionally be supplied with a metallic EMC coating.
Grey and black are the standard colours.
The top is recessed to give a 206 x 126mm area suitable for a membrane keyboard; PCB guides are moulded into the inside.
The very shallow 9mm base section has moulded-in PCB standoffs and two keyhole knockouts to facilitate wall mounting.
A lap join construction provided protection to IP54; in the ABS version machine screws and brass inserts are used to secure the two halves together, the polystyrene units use self-tapping screws.
