DDD housing handles more contacts
The new Han DDD-module accommodates 17 Han-D connector inserts with crimp termination, allowing the user to achieve a 40% increase in contact density compared to earlier designs.
They also meet the V0 flammability requirement of UL94 through the use of polycarbonate material.
Other key parameters include a maximum rated voltage (according to UL/CSA requirements) of 600V, minimum insulation resistance of 100Gohm, an operating temperature range of -40 to +125C, and a mechanical working life of more than 500 cycles.
The new generation of Han DD inserts is 100% mateable with earlier versions, so users will have no compatibility problems in using them alongside existing products.
