The long-life U-shape CFL provides an exceptional brightness of 350cd/m2 and a half-brightness lifetime of 50kh, making the display suitable for use under a wide range of ambient lighting conditions.

The implementation of wide-viewing-angle antiglare polarisers provide 100-degree horizontal and 120-degree vertical viewing angles.

The display has a contrast ratio of 350:1.
