VoIP kit put to the test in Stockholm
Head Acoustics will again exhibit its communication quality analysis solutions at VON (Voice-on-the-Net).
Just in time for the event the company has released a new version of Acqua (version 2.2), which has again been improved with regard to performance (eg database handling, comprehensive reports) and user-friendliness (eg quality pie wizard, settings manager).
Another new product shown at the exhibition is the MFE VI.1 which is a particularly versatile and yet compact measurement front end.
It allows quick and easy measurement setup and simultaneously covers a wide area of applications in telecommunication measurement technology.
The latest versions of the VoIP measurement suites TIA810, TIA920, P.340, G.168, HQS-IP and HQS-EC will be used together with Acqua to demonstrate how easy it is to perform automated measurements according to standards.
Last but not least, the HMS II.3 head and torso simulator will also be on display.
Probably the best known Head Acoustics product, this artificial head, equipped with ear and mouth simulation, is a true personification of the human hearing model and the aurally adequate recording and playback approach which is the basis of the aachenHead technology patented by Head Acoustics.
