Handheld emulator for all the family
The DProbeST10 is a modular in-circuit emulator for the STMicroelectronics ST10 family.
The DProbeST10 is a modular in-circuit emulator for the STMicroelectronics ST10 family Using a bondout chip, the handheld DProbeST10 allows users to update variables and cells within the internal memory without any influence on the real-time execution of the embedded system

Probe looks inside ST10 microcontrollers
The DProbeST10 offers full development support for the four new advanced 16bit microcontrollers of the ST10 family.
The DProbeST10 comes with the easy-to-use HiTOP5 user interface, and so watch points or memory dumps can be easily defined by dragging and dropping.
If these watch points are within the ST10's internal memory (IRAM, XRAM, SFR), the current time values will be updated permanently without interrupting program execution.
This allows tests to be carried out under absolutely real conditions.
The modular DProbeST10 system is available for all current ST10 derivatives.
Main modules like DProbeST10, DTrace or DBoxST10 can be used throughout for all derivatives.
Trwo-chip emulation is used to support special derivatives, like the popular ST10F269.
For this technology Hitex provides the corresponding XPER modules and configurators, so that important Xperipherals such as CAN or XRAM can be fully emulated.
