Tools support latest Infineon
microcontroller
Hitex Development Tools now offers powerful debugging and emulation tools for the XC164CM, Infineon's latest 16bit microcontroller with on-chip Flash and DSP functions.
Infineon's new XC164CM is a member of the enhanced XC166 16bit microcontroller family with a single-cycle RISC architecture including reliable on-chip Flash and DSP functions The small TQFP64 package makes the XC164CM a perfect solution for many industrial and automotive applications

Hitex Development Tools now offers powerful debugging and emulation tools for the XC164CM.
As an on-chip debug solution, the JProbeXC can be adapted to the target's JTAG port.
Using a connector with 2.54 or 1.27mm pin-to-pin distance enables an adaptation even where board space is critical.
The JProbeXC conforms to the OCDS Level 1 specification from Infineon and provides run control, breakpoint and watchpoints as well as programming of internal and external Flash memory.
To meet enhanced requirements, such as trigger, trace and coverage, Hitex offers the modular in-circuit emulator DProbeXC.
The basic system comes with run control, software and hardware breakpoints, emulation memory and watchpoints.
By simply adding a trace module the basic unit can be expanded for 128Kbyte trace memory and four complex triggers with counter.
The compact DataprobeXC allows transmission and recording of external signals.
Target adaptation can be realised by press-on adapters or quad connector.
In addition replacement or Yamaichi adapters are available.
